Drift of a Thousand Sparks

They moved together, a thousand small bodies flickering in the water. Around them, larger fish swam slowly, while the tiny ones glittered like sparks in a current. Every shift was a pattern, every turn a sudden brightness, as if the water itself was alive with light.
